    Is it even right to call them terrorists at this point? They seem to be more of a political movement and a militia at this point.

    Here's what you really should be concerned about, not homosexuals who can do whatever they please wherever they want as long as they don't flaunt it and offend the sensibilities of others.

    We're supporting the following, but at least it's being mentioned in one Western news source. The same atrocities in the Donbas were completely ignored and/or covered up.

    Witness to air strike on Yemen refugee camp: women and children burned beyond recognition

    [More than 24 people] were killed in an apparent air strike by the Saudi-led coalition…

    “They were burned, it was a very horrible image,” said the doctor after labouring to treat the wounded, including women and children, who streamed into the nearest hospital. By the end of the day there were 29 bodies in the hospital morgue.

    Images … showed gruesome scenes – charred bodies immolated by the blast, mangled corpses in plastic bags, and wounded children being treated. [A humanitarian worker] said he saw scattered limbs littering the area nearby.

    “There are a lot of children among the dead and injured and some of them are still being treated in Haradh hospital,” he told the Guardian by telephone.

    America doesn't allow pedophiles to act on their pedophilia, so why should we be expected to allow people to engage in other sexual-orientation deviances?

    In the US we are struggling with civil rights for gays like SSM and whether or not they can be served by public businesses.

    Do you really need to know what people do in the privacy of their bedrooms or what their sexual orientation might be?

    Islam has always understood that some people are just born homosexual.. and they acknowledge that some people are trapped in the wrong gender... You seem to want to overlook qualities of mercy and tolerance in Islam.....

    I'll applaud any such qualities as I encounter them, but so far neither you nor Goomba is doing much to substantiate the claim that Islam is merciful and tolerant.

    Its the small courtesies day to day when you live there.. The media never reports this stuff because their sojourns are about three days and 90% of the reporters have never been there.

    In that your comparison between homosexuality and pedophilia is invalid.

    Pedophilia isn't even outlawed for being "deviant." We in the free world do not outlaw sexual practices that some or even many might consider to be "deviant." Pedophilia is outlawed because it harms children. You can't make a similar argument against homosexuality. Homosexuality is more akin to men and women engaging in sodomy (including oral, etc.), which I think most people aren't too fussed about these days. It's one of those things where they'll admit that what people do in the privacy of their bedrooms is none of their business.
