There have been studies upon studeis that state generally women are paid less than a man for the same job and same qualifieications. The reasons are numerouls, but it is there.


Sharia law is a lot like Canon law. Canon law is also outside of the US courts to determine certain civil issues that ignore common law/constitution law., So, I do not see a difference and I believe you are ignorant of the whole subject.

The first amendment has nothing to do with Islam. In fact, Islam's ban on free speech (blasphemy), ban on free press, and ban on religion, is 100% counter to the first amendment. Nothing could be more anti-first amendment. The Constitution section that applies to Islam (why do I have to repeat-are these people dense ?) is Article 6, section 2, the Supremacy Clause which outlaws supremacist doctrine that goes supreme over the constitution. Problem with Islam is, it does just that. It also violates US Code 2384.

You can believe what you like, but I know Sharia is the legal application of the Koran. I've read many translations of the Koran, since 1959, most recently Ali, Pickthall, Arberry, Shakir, and Dawood.

Actions are illegal. Religious traditions and laws are not. Just because the Old Testament commands that adulterers be stoned doesn't mean that the Old Testament is illegal.

The Constitution most certainly DOES NOT say that >> ("Muslims have the right to worship in freedom in the United States"). It says nothing whatsoever about Muslims. And where it does speak about freedom of religion, that has nothing to do with Muslims, since they are not a religion. And since Islam bans freedom of speech, press, and religion, it therefore violates the first amendment (in addition to the Supremacy Clause and the Sedition law).

And yet, you still do not understand the Constitution. The first amendment is the primary focus. Your statement that it ii is found in Article VI and subsequently, under US code, is a farce. You leap is way to thin and assumes that sharia law calls for the destruction of the US government. It does not.

Keep in mind that the First Amendment is a limitation of US constitional law. Under constitutional law, and hence the first amendment, no law shall be made to infringe upon religion or establis a religion, whatever it may be, including Christianity, under US law.
