• Roles of federal agencies needed to be better defined and communication with military and homeland security officials needed clarification.

Now that Trump is finally acknowledging reality and deferring to knowledgable and competent "deep state" denizens such as Anthony Fauci, Fox will stop parroting his nonsense, but Americans have not been reassured by the squalid performance we have seen.

Worldwide, nations have enacted policies to reduce the impact of what is a global threat.

If you wish to blame the US media (excluding those outlets that pander to you) for governments around the world taking the problem seriously, I seriously doubt that it has the sort of control you imagine.

 

At first Trump reacted to the virus itself but now he has been forced to react to the hysteria which is far more dangerous than the virus.
