"There are simply very few political reasons to rush that vote "

Well except that for 3 years Democrats have said that Trump is an immense threat to democracy and now they have the evidence "Trump has made the obstruction charge so easy to prove" but they're just content sitting on their hands now. Most likely they're gonna hold the cloud of impeachment over Trump until the 2020 election. Hard to believe Nancy saying they didnt wanna have to impeach when there is literally video evidence since day one talking about impeaching Trump lol

Obama released his official birth certificate in June of 2008. You are fully aware of that fact.

It's so strange to see the Leftists, who fought against the Establishment in the 70's, become fascists once they thought they had power with their Deep State Bureaucrats.

You intentionally edited out the rest of my post.

If trump had followed through on his repeated promise to just release it voluntarily, then there would be no legal case.

You should get upset by the GOP lack of a willingness to hold Trump accountable and thereby forcing US taxpayers to waste millions in legal fees.

Where does the Constitution say the Congress has power over the President and the President reports to the Congress? All it has is the power to impeach they aren coequal branches what the power of the President over individual members of congress?

And what about Republicans? How about you start by demanding that your Republican President abide by his own promise and release the tax returns like every previous presidential candidate since Nixon.

You want to argue that Congress does not have the authority to investigate the President despite having the power to impeach him?

    You go for it.

Does anyone know what the Dems are hoping to find?
Trump has profession accountants sort out his books and I'm sure they use every legal loophole to pay the least amount of taxes, just like every other big corporation.

The administration’s specious arguments across the board were designed to delay.

John Roberts has got to be sweating as this nonsense works through appeals. If these cases make it to the court it’s reputation could be irreparably damaged under his watch.

If you think the administration’s arguments align with our constitution you’d better reread or finally read the constitution. This is amateur hour or childish temper tantrum territory.

I would like to be aware of potential conflicts of interest, like setting or enforcing tax policy on specific niche issues because he has a personal financial stake in that specific business type.

You literally just said Republican and Democratic Candidates for All elected positions should release their tax returns. Why does that standard not apply to Trump?

So you believe that private citizens like yourself should have access to the tax returns of all elected officials, or just those you have a personal bias against?

Do not pretend that the financial Disclosure forms include the information contained in tax returns.

Again, you literally said all elected officials should disclose their tax returns. Why is Trump exempt?
