No he was struck on the back and you don't go around touching strangers from behind without notice and you especially do not hit elderly people it can be quite dangerous, he had surgery not too long ago on a knee that just gave out on him and caused him to fall, you forget that. They have laws against striking elderly people for a reason. Too bad you think it is OK.
