    none of this is complex science, its all really quite elementary. But like all religions, you AGW worshipers and your false prophet algore, refuse to deal with facts and reality and continue your blind worship of an unproven THEORY.

    But if it makes you feel good to believe this crap, go right ahead. The rest of us will enjoy life on this wonderful planet.

    It is absolutely amazing that in the year 2013 this is where we are. And anyone who doesn't realize that religion is the number one reason for the high level of ignorance in regards to science and arrogance in regards to mans place in the world is just as delusional as those who think global warming is a conspiracy. I think Bill Maher summed it up nicely after Hurricane Sandy.

    Ozone holes are common at the poles of all planets with atmospheres. There are large ozone holes on Venus, Earth, Jupiter, and Saturn and the moon, Titan. Seasonal fluctuations occur in the ozone layers of all planets or moons with atmospheres. The processes which cause the ozone holes are admittedly little understood by astronomers and have a whole lot more to do with complex fluid dynamics than CFCs, or pre-emption. It is now generally understood that there is no definitive scientific evidence linking CFCs to ozone layer depletion and that previous claims of a correlation were based on misunderstanding of the fluid dynamics of ozone layers.

    I believe that the climate of the earth is changing, it has been changing for millions of years and will be changing millions or years from now. It defies logic to think that man has ever had anything to do with it.

    The sun and minor variations in the tilt of earth on its axis are the most likely causes of climate change-----not SUVs and burning coal.

    Difference is dust bowl didn't require massive new taxes levied against already overtaxed societies and a radical conversion of the global economy into a more "sustainable model" that stinks an awful lot like a socialist commune.

    Sure it did. Progressive FDR exploited the Dust Bowl to assume more federal power... and expense to taxpayers that comes along with staffing more federal agencies....it was perhaps the first instance of "sustainable development" in America.

    The republicans lie about global warming (not) happening, as a favor for the oil corporations.

    I absolutlely believe in climate change.

    I also believe the solutions advanced for it reek of marxist philosophy and won't work anyway.

    Come up with a free market solutioon that doesn't involve coercive taxation or a no growth economy.

    I already answered that. Because the sun is much more powerful than any activities of man. Because a slight wobble on the earth's axis could cause more change than a million years of burning fossil fuels. Because AGW is flawed science put forth by flawed people with a financial agenda-------i.e. algore

    Basically, the Crista Spas project had the most definitive mapping of the ozone layer with the most precise equipment available. It proved that the Ozone Hole hysteria was a hoax, or to put it more kindly, Global warming ninnies wanted to find something and they bent the data to fit their preconceived notions.

    Now, this study has been around for 15 years and every single reputable scientist should know about it. Yet, even today, the Ozone Hole nonsense is still passed around the environmentalist community as if it were sacred gospel. Why is that?

    Simple, the environmentalist community lies, lies big, and lies often when it is to its advantage. So I ask you, if they lied about this, passing it off like it is Holy Scripture, what else are they lying about?
