None the less people are believing the only hope to keep Bolton, Pompeo, Bibi, Bin salmon and the leader of UAE not at war with Iran is Trump!

Never heard of it. Possibly usually happens to the very old?

The states apparently cancelled the extradition hearing today because of his health.

Looking at comments after an article at Consortium News, someone is suggesting he was deliberately not eating and through that got his other symptoms and has been moved to the hospital to be force fed. On one level that sounds much more likely I would think than him being poisoned but I thought British Doctors did not agree with Force Feeding - it being considered torture so not sure of that either.

This video from an ex Prisoner - convicted I think it was 30 times so plenty of experience, gives an idea of what Julian Assange will be experiencing. It is particularly important to remember that although he has currently been sentenced to 50 weeks - 25 to serve, he is likely to be in this jail for years and years before he either goes to the States or is set free. It definitely seems like torture for daring to provide evidence that hurt the elite. Frankly to me it is beyond belief that this is happening in this country and just an indication of how far we have sunk. It is for reporting information which from what I have seen is in the public interest that his life is being destroyed.

It's not fake news... there's several outlets reporting the same... and Wikileaks spokesman quoted

WikiLeaks holds 'grave concerns' for Julian Assange as he’s moved to jail hospital ward

    https://www.sbs.com.au/news/wikilea...n-assange-as-he-s-moved-to-jail-hospital-ward

And Kim Jong Un the monster is praised... what a contrast. Clearly this treatment of Assange is "personal" for the Americans & British because it's absolutely absurd the way they are treating him, there's no way he will receive a fair trial.

He'll do anything to avoid extradition. He just hid in a tiny embassy building for 7 years or so and would have kept doing it had they allowed him.

American votes for war criminals like McCain, Bush, Obama and the Clintons and prosecutes journalists who expose their crimes while scum like David Frum and Bill Kristol make a cushy living pimping for war.

He couldn't leave the embassy. British police would have grabbed him and extradited him to the US to face the Clinton's killing machine. Soviet Union anyone?

    When will the war start?

Give-or-take a month timeframe will suffice.

There is no outlandish lie or conspiracy theory you won't latch onto, is there?

This is from Nils Melzer, UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

"Mr Assange showed all symptoms typical for prolonged exposure to psychological torture, including extreme stress, chronic anxiety and intense psychological trauma. The evidence is overwhelming and clear.

Mr Assange has been deliberately exposed, for a period of several years, to progressively severe forms of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, the cumulative effect of which can only be described as psychological torture".

The UK government said it "disagreed with a number of his observations".

Of curse they have. Have you watched the video on how they are treating him.

The time when the West can consider itself to be a genuine proponent of human rights and being humanitarian is gone

Half the federal government is an enemy, domestic type, of the US and should also be treated as such.

And you would have journalists silenced for publishing materials that wind up in their possession.
    So much for liberal

So much for your liberal hogwash. You clearly are against the freedom of speech and the freedom of the press.

Of course I've known from the start that you're not liberal, just a neocon mouthpiece like Kristol or Krugman. Have you renewed your subscription to The Economist and Foreign Affairs?

Gee, couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. We reap what we sow. Imagine how much better off he’d be right now if he had the courage of his convictions.

I was thinking of those who were poisoned so as to blame Russia such as the Skripals. After that happened, some Russian oligarchs who ran to London with their ill gotten goods panicked, and began making plans to return to Russia - with their money of course, otherwise Russia wouldn't be taking them back.

I also recalled one Russian years ago who panicked when he was being moved to another hospital in Britain and insisted he be sent back to Russia. That was after the demonization of Putin for Litvenko's death. Steele of the Dossier fame was with Litvinenko at the time, so one has to wonder why?

I can see where it would be convenient for Assange to die like Miloshevik, rather than continuing to live and creating a problem for London and Washington.

Watch it. It appears to have been enough to get him needing hospital treatment in a few short weeks. You despise the man because he made clear the problems of Clinton. There is nothing to suggest she would have been any less wild for war that Bolton and Pompeo. Anyone who saw her having an orgasim after she found out how Gaddafi had been tortured to death would suspect that.

Your views appear no different to the far right. What I notice is that with many American's that seems to be the situation. They don't mind America behaving badly as long as they are behaving badly under their gang, the Democrats. The US has been destroying the world. The people of the world never mind the US need to know what people you are electing are likely to get up to. You do not like them knowing this because you believe that on finding out how Hilary would act, they voted Trump. You do not like American's and the world hearing about Hilary and for that you want a man to spend the rest of his life in Prison or be killed. Within your actions I see nothing that displays a humanitarian orientation, belief in human rights or understanding of Democracy and you are not alone so as I said the West can no longer claim that. Trump may be vulgar in the way he presents his views but there is little difference between the two. - apart from the new genuine social democrats the Democratic Party has got (and wants rid of)

Hilary won the most votes. A flaw in your democracy resulted in her not being President. That is one thing you could look at if you are genuinely concerned about Democracy. It is widely believed that Sanders would have beaten Trump but that the Democrats would not have it. That is something you could look at it if you are interested in Democracy.

I hear the majority of American's hold views which are largely social democraric. This is not what we see in an American Government which is destroying the world and killing willy nilly whether under Bush or Obama. Trump seems genuinely to not war. That was a major reason people voted for him. Hilary the Opposite. That being a major reason people did not want her. You want the end of freedom of the press and are up for the killing of Julian Assange. Sounds to me like you support a totalitarian regime.

Every news source has its 'leanings' and that's taken into account. At one time I would devour the New York Times even though it was liberal, since it was very informative. Not anymore though! Instead they prefer propaganda to news, and subtly brainwash people while avoiding accountability by using terms such as; 'allege' or 'we believe so'. They are not the only ones. The BBC and the MSM does so as well.

There would have to be proof of an assassination for it to be mentioned. It's just a suspicion on my part (and it should be taken as such) - especially knowing how some Russians are running scared and trying to get back into Russia after the Skripal poisonings.
