King Salman is very fragile in his old age. He was brought to the red carpet in a golf cart. He awarded Obama the same medallion and they also dined at the Murabba Palace. I wouldn't read too much into it.

 

Yet the Saud King greeted Trump at the Airport. That which they did not do with BO peep. Optics.....says a whole lot.

 

Like I said Salman is failing. Prince Bandar met Obama at the airport.

I am particularly fond of King Salman and I see huge changes in his health. He is fragile and not too sharp.

Like I said, Obama was only there one day and he was still honored, but the Saudis have been thru a very tense period re: Iran.. and that hasn't changed. They did realize that Obama was trying to prevent war with Iran.

Don't think that the way Saudis dress means they aren't well informed, experienced in governance and diplomacy and damned shrewd.

 

Both Israel and Saudi Arabia are happy to host Trump compared to Obama. They hope for actual action on the regions problems instead of catering to the regions biggest supporter of terrorism.

 

Trump not showing respect to other people, not surprising. Then he states how great of a faith Islam is, and his daughter tells them how great Saudi Arabia is making strides for women's rights.

A place where women are treated like garbage, they can't even drive. Oh, lets add how Trump bashed Michelle for not wearing headscarf and here she is not wearing one.

THe guy is an absolute joke, just like his supporters

Your numbers are wrong and you really don't understand how budget's work. The deficit is still projected to be over $400 Billion dollars this year because revenues are not expected to match spending. If revenue is greater than expenditure for a month, that does not mean the debt has decreased. There are still large expenses that have not come to term or have not been paid yet.

You don't calculate the annual deficit in May...

I don't know why you brought up the election. It doesn't have anything to do with this.
