Just how did Trump allow the Russians do that? Did he tell the FBI and CIA don't investigate Russian intervention because I believe Putin?

We both know this investigation was to find that Trump colluded with Russia to turn the election in his favor, not really to find out how they did it. The only reason they caught these Russians is trying to get Trump and once again found out no Americans were involved. As a matter of fact, even Trump complained of intervention in the election and Obama put him down for it.

Name one thing Obama did to the Russians before his last day in office.

Meanwhile Trump finally helped Ukraine, killed hundreds of their mercenaries, bombed their airfields in Syria, and is trying to get Germany to stop rebuilding Russia with their fuel purchases. Germany is giving more money to Russia than they are NATO.

Tell us what Obama did after years of Russian aggression.

    NOTHING.

List the things Obama did to counter Russia besides kicking them out of the US while running for the door.

According to all reputable Western polling, upwards of 3 in 4 Crimeans wanted to join the Russian Federation as a Federal City (a rather prestigious position in the Russian Federation, might I add).

Local autonomy is the right of all human beings.

Obama had to act tough with Russia in his last days to cover up for all the colluding with Russia during his administration.

Funny you should say that, given that I opened the thread. And the topic is in the title. If you're talking about anything different than that, you're in the wrong place, buddy.

Trump and the US & Israel did not possess Syria. Therefore they could not "hand it" to Putin.

Russia was asked by the country's legitimate government to assist defend against the US and Israeli invaders. Putin did the right thing, again, just as he did in Crimea.

Funny that you think your knowledgeable enough to address "your topic" or have any means to support your criticisms or phony assertions. Putin annexed Crimea after Obama and Clinton facilitated a coup in Ukraine. If not for Obama / Clinton's meddling, Yanukovych could have been impeached, or voted out in the next election cycle. Obama and Hillary destabilized Libya too. Elections (meddling) have consequences. Russia occupied Crimea for decades ... it's a naval base. Putin wasn't going to pull out of Crimea anymore than we're going to pull out of Germany, Japan, Korea or Cuba. Putin publicly accused Obama / Clinton of creating the crisis ... and of course, they did greatly contribute.

So... your point is that....it was Obama who carried out that "reputable Western polling"? Or what is it?

And just for clarity sake, could you provide an international agreement, treaty or some sort of legislation,,, or even a precedent where it says that the will of the people is determined by "reputable western polling"? Please indicate the part where it says that such polling authorizes a foreign nation to invade another sovereign nation and annex part of its territory, please.

the fault is that most who live in the Crimea are Russians not Ukranian's and they don't want to be part of the Ukraine.

Trump never let him get away with attacking the U.S., unless of course you can show me that he told the FBI and CIA, don't bother looking for Russian intervention in our election. I don't think you can show that. It's obvious he didn't let those Russian mercenaries attack our troops in Syria.

Priorities of the Marines is the same as always. We were trained not only to be always ready, we were trained to use our head. That means not to get upset over everything you see or hear. Things are not always what they seem.

I don't need to be "knowledgeable" about my topic. I only need to be right. And if you can't prove that somebody as "un-knowledgeable" as myself is not right, then you're in bigger trouble than you thought, don't you think?

In what way does any of this give Russia the authority to invade Crimea?

Obama has never been President of Ukraine. The only person responosible for destabilizing Yanukovych was Yanukovych. Putin is the only one responsible for invading Crimea.

I tend to think that people are responsible for their own actions. "Personal responsibility" was a very popular concept on the right before Trump. Now it's only a bumper sticker they pull out when it's convenient to them, and hide in the deep end of the drawer when it's not.

Yes, our maple syrup is a great way for the US to increase it tax revenue to make up for the trillions in tax breaks to corporations and the richest quintile.

And I agree Canada's military budget should be increased to 2%. We need to get tougher in protecting our arctic sovereignty for one. OUr Nato commitments have always been covered.
