    not sure the total number has been released, often cops fire many many more shots than hit their target - might have to do with the adrenalin

    Any time people want "justice" for someone who tried to murder police and was on a crime spree you know right off the bat they're looking for a handout and have a victim complex.

    Next, Jaywad was finishing doctor college with a new xtian rap album this week while his NASA application was being approved.

    If he shot at police it’s not unreasonable for them to assume he’s still armed and willing to kill to get away

    And that's ALL you took away from the story?

    None of this had to happen... NONE of it, but when perps deliberately disobey police commands, they run the very real risk of being shot until they STOP resisting.

    Maybe the overriding question should be, "Why are so many of these creeps this amazingly STOOPID?"

    And the medical examiner states there are 60 wounds and it has not been determined his many are entry andnhow many are exit. Let's say 40 are entry. There were 8 officers that's 5 shots per officer.

    Yes, but if you have 60 wounds, they could be caused by 30 bullets (or more or less depending on the specifics of the bullets' trajectories).

    I'd also be rather surprised if the police hit 66% of their shots.
