My conception of Zionism stems from Hertzl's historical aspiration for a Greater Israel as codified in the language and ethnic cleansing policies of Ben-Gurion (PlanD) through to Cast Lead. Ideally, it's better for world peace long-term that a secular one democratic state be formed where all the people that reside in what's curently called Israel be granted equal status and rights under the law irrespective of religion, culture and creed. At the very least, Israel needs to do what the international community demands of it and that's to return to its 67 borders, guarantee the right of return to the people it ethnically cleansed to the far corners of the world, and obey international law. I have nothing against Jews per se, just the ideology of Zionism, as conceptualized by Hertzl.
