Lincoln won the electoral college with less than 40% of the popular vote. It works good.

 

Two things I know. He will have a primary opponent ( will drain resources and force him to campaign, but who he will probably beat) and there will be an independent/ third party candidate, who will draw more blood from the GOP if Trump is the nominee than the Dems. Trump will not win the general election because he has lost independents, most moderates and most republican leaning women, leaving a lot of room down the alley for such a candidate to gain traction.

 

The Dems did win by effectively PREVENTING the GOP from winning. Call it a draw which, given the adverse circumstances, was an accomplishment to be proud of. The GOP could have taken 10 seats away from the Dems but FAILED to do so because of the Blue Wall.

If you defend the GOP and/or the BLOTUS then he is yours.

Can you put a price on world dominance? If you do not spend that kind of money then you will inevitably lose influence and power and then the dollar will be replaced. So that figure will just keep on rising in my opinion.

His numbers are essentially unchanged from 2016 in spite of the most negative coverage of any president in history. And if you run on a platform of undoing everything Trump has done you may well find that while Trump is not liked personally his improvement of the economic numbers is loved and appreciated.
