    Just because folks back in the middle aged referred to a pregnant woman as "With Child" does not mean a child exists.

    The Madison document is NOT explicitly quoted in either document. Your interpretation of First Amendment is your interpretation of the First Amendment. Nothing more. The Founders were either Christians or at worst deists not bound to any particular Christian faith. They never intended to establish a national church or religion. They did not seek to remove Christian values from our national government. That came from later court decisions removing the Pledge of Allegiance from schools and other inroads against patriotic behavior.

    Utterly FALSE correlation as far as TP goes.

    It is CHEAPER for taxpayers to pay for contraception than it is to pay for new schools, teachers, coaches, janitors, admins, social workers, nurses, etc, etc.

    Here is something else that you do NOT know!

    Scientific studies have established that UNWANTED children are far more prone to becoming addicts and criminals than their wanted peers.

    When you FORCE women to have UNWANTED children you create yet another big PROBLEM for TAXPAYERS who now need to pay for more cops, courts, judges, prisons, etc, etc to deal with those addicts and criminals that you IMPOSED on them because you REFUSED to pay the NEGLIGIBLE cost of contraception.

    To put this in words you might understand your "cure" is going to be far WORSE than the minor inconvenience of "paying" for contraception for others.

    One more point that you don't seem to grasp when it comes to HEALTH insurance. You don't pay for ONLY your own medical issues, you SHARE the cost of EVERYONE'S medical issues. You probably won't ever need open heart surgery yourself but YOU are PAYING for others to have it with your premiums. Why are you NOT objecting to having to pay for their heart surgeries since you don't need one?

    Just because YOU don't need contraceptives does not mean you get to deny them for others.

    While you are correct about the regulations you appear to be unaware of what is known as "creative accounting".

    The ACA was nothing more than a bandaid on a gaping wound the size of the Grand Canyon. Single Payer is the ultimate solution and that is being OBSTRUCTED by the greed obsessed Wall Street Casino Banksters because it will eliminate a source of PROFITS for themselves.

    We agree that this election is absolutely crucial because this Pandemic has made it abundantly obvious to everyone with functioning synapses that our current PROFIT driven medical system is incapable of actually dealing with HEALTHCARE for everyone.

    Electing the right people will be the key to solving this problem once and for all IMO.

    What "we had" before the ACA was 45 MILLION Americans WITHOUT any healthcare because it UNAFFORDABLE and hundreds of thousands DYING as a direct RESULT.

    Your "faith" is derived from a SOCIOPATH who demanded that children be killed for mouthing off at their parents. Your "faith" contains specific instructions for an ABORTION. Your "faith" is based upon someone who murdered ALL of the first born children in one nation and ORDERED his "chosen people" to cut open pregnant women. Your "faith" includes an actual PRICE being placed on the value of fetus and it is NOT a high one either.

    The 9th Amendment PROTECTS the rights that were NOT specifically mentioned in the Constitution and since abortion was LEGAL when our nation was founded the right to an abortion is protected by the 9th Amendment.

    The scientific studies proved that there were HIGHER rates of UNWANTED pregnancies among teens who were taught about "abstinence" when compared to those who were taught about sex education.

    I may have misspoke, but here the terms provider and insurer are often used to describe the health insurance industry. Small potatoes compared to your adoration of the ACA. The crap that it is, is just a taste of the Venezuela the US will become under the next Democrat/Marxist regime.

    Last time I checked there were only 20 million who could no longer afford health insurance.

    What is INSANE is NOT paying hardworking Americans a LIVING wage that ENABLES them to be able to AFFORD health insurance if you INSIST upon it being run by GREED obsessed FOR PROFIT corporations.

    Let me ask you these questions;

    How do you JUSTIFY driving a family into BANKRUPTCY in order for them to pay the medical bills of their sick child?

    Why do the PROFITS of those health insurance corporations have greater VALUE than the life and/or health of a sick child?

    Here we go again....show the EXACT words in that law that makes a fetus a legal person.
    You can't, it doesn't.

    It does provide protections for fetuses. It does make killing a pregnant woman a more severe crime.

    It does not make a fetus a legal person.
