    Like what?

I gave you a link to an on-going court case.

And, it references the fact that it has been an issue in the Texas legislature.

So, what "more to it" do you think there might be?

You were suggesting that the pipeline could go around those who don't want their property condemned, and I showed you that is not even SLIGHTLY the way it works.

In fact, the company has already put pipeline on this person's property under the eminent domain rights corporations have to HER property. She couldn't even get the courts to have the pipeline company wait for a final appeal.

The people who benefit the most are the people of Nebraska and surrounding states, whose REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR started the movement to block it. Seems these people don't want to see their water supply ruined for eternity by a pipeline that merely knocks a few miles off shipping it through the already existing pipeline network and will only be economically viable.for a few years and them abandoned when it becomes unprofitable.

They must be OBama-Commies, right? There couldn't be any other reason to oppose a pipeline ... we know this because Free Republic, the Koch Brothers, and Town Hall says so, along with Congressmen and Senators who get big campaign donations and jobs for their buddies from oil companies and the Koch Brothers, completely objective non-partisan interests like those ...

They aren't going to benefit from it if its built, so this isn't a point.

you mean the movement to globalize and socialize all the stuff on Earth? I thought republicans were free market liberty types and liberals wanted government to control everything.

Full stop. How would Keystone XL increase the supply of energy in the US when the oil is intended for export out of the US?

i am unconvinced this helps or hurts the USA in any way.

the oil is to be sold overseas.

the pipeline will pay no taxes to the USA or states.

pipeline will long-term employ very few people.

short term employment is 5,000 people, which is less than a drop in the bucket.

None of the above. Warren Buffet does since he has invested heavily in railways and transport of oil by rail has exploded since 2009.

You make up your own mind. But Warren is a huge personal donor to Obama and the progressive movement. Knowing that Obama's decision puts more millions into Buffets pockets.
Kinda reminds me of the monsanto bill. They are also a huge donor to Obama and obama signed that bill without any question. While stacking the FDA with monsanto lawyers and Former CEO's that makes judgments affecting monsanto. Don't know about you but I see a pattern.

Whine, snivel whine complain. Do it all again.

What's a matta? Got no stomach for action, or actually trying to confuse people into thinking there are only problems?

Try understanding a threat to your rights and freedoms, then try understanding a strategy to restore government under the 1787 constitution. Tryunderstanding the fact that Americans must be unified to do anything.

See the second post for a state by state strategy.
