Even if this were true, which it is not, why do you think women would be different? My father has been with my mother for decades and in the small communities we've lived in I would know if he cheated. He's been the same guy to her all my life. Unlike you, he's a real man. He'd work hard all day, come home, make us kids laugh, and then in the evening he and mom would dance and look completely in love. There's been no other woman for him. He still calls her "his bride" and treats her as sweetly as any man could treat a woman. He said to me when he sees her he still sees that dark haired Russian who first handed him his aspirin.

Now, either my father is the world's perfect man or you are just wrong and bitter. I'm going with the latter.

I have a job where I make probably 6x as much as you being an evil 1%'r and for the last four years I can't get on a subway, an elevator, or walk down the street without some stupid man wanting to buy me coffee. I highly doubt sex is that easy for you to get. If you looked like Chris Hemsworth or Bale your ass would be so kissed you wouldn't be saying these things. I look at my parents both 80 years of age. They've been married nearly 60 years and were dating some years before that. They've been through good times (mainly good) and bad times together. They are both still attractive people and still very fit. They still show affection to each other, they will often walk arm in arm when about. They have grown old gracefully together.

Agreed at least some conservatives see things how liberals do, the General deserved this for all the work he did in the Bush administration in Iraq, and now being pushed around to Afghanistan by President Obama.

The general should be Judged as a high ranking officer with good taste, I believe he has earned it.

Wouldn't go as far as to call his wife old, broken, and ugly as the OP does though, she probably takes this as a compliment as her husband is able to secure high quality attractive women. Once they make up, she will enjoy the General a bit more like Hilary Clinton did with Bill.

Thru-out the yrs of knowing many couples, my guy & I had close friendships w/many and there were some where we suspected some cheating, mainly by the guy. One evening we walked into a lounge and saw a married friend locking lips w/woman who was not his wife b/c his wife was a good friend of mine.... he didn't see us b/c we turned around and left....

Before I would never consider telling someone their spouse was cheating, but w/HIV/AIDS out there, I finally decided this was to important and she needed to know to keep herself safe and told her. She said she suspected, but no proof... she got a divorce.

I have 2 friends who's sons died from AIDS. One was gay and the other was straight....

 

marriage is unnatural, period. Instinctively, men are competitive and want to spread their seed and women want multiple men, striving for the best genetics for their offspring.
